It is a feature that allows users to access study materials and complete activities without an internet connection. This feature is especially useful in environments with limited connectivity or to facilitate learning on the go.

Offline Functionality in Richmond Studio
App Download
- The application must be downloaded through the PWA (Progressive Web App).
Chrome:
- The PWA can be found in the address bar with the icon <Install -> Click Install>.
Once the application is downloaded, it can be accessed from the address bar.
Safari:
- The PWA is downloaded via the option <Share -> Add to Dock -> Click Add>.

How can I tell that I am in the application?
- When a user is using the application, a banner appears at the top indicating this.
The option to download activities is only available through the application.
Pre-download of Content
- The user selects the resources they want to use offline on the platform (e.g., activities, readings, etc.).
- These are saved to the device through the <My Downloads> option, which centralizes all the downloaded material.
Note: In the first stage, it will work like <Netflix> does today, where a special section opens with the downloads made.
In a second stage, it will be possible to navigate the site (structures) as <Spotify> does today.
Offline Usage
- Once downloaded, the content can be opened and used normally, even without an internet connection.
- Activities can be completed, and the system saves the responses locally.
Automatic Synchronization
- When the user reconnects to the internet, Richmond Studio synchronizes the locally saved data with the platform:
- Sends grades.
- Updates the Markbook.

- The latest update includes a more intuitive interface for offline work:
- Clear indicators of what is available offline.
- Centralized management via My Downloads.
- Improved navigation and design optimized for mobile and tablet use.
