Date configuration in the iRead language proficiency report.
How does it work?
Once an end date has been selected, the teacher/TM/CTM will be able to choose a new, later date.
In order to view the iRead language proficiency report for specific dates, users with the role of teacher, TM, or CTM are allowed to modify the previously defined end date.
Once the end date of the report to be viewed has been set, the user can update it by selecting a new date, regardless of whether it is before or after the current date.
Benefits:
- Allows reports to be viewed for exact dates.
- Enables the report to be updated as many times as needed.
Considerations:
- Only users with authorized roles (teacher, TM, CTM) can perform this action.
- To modify the date, it is necessary to click the <reset> option.

Improvements to Magnet offline content download in Studio PWA to strengthen LO integrity.
What does it consist of?
Implement in Studio the same optimization that has already been applied in the Magnet platform, as it has demonstrated benefits in download speed and in other areas that can positively impact content integrity during offline use.
The goal is to replicate and adapt this improvement in the Studio PWA so that offline LibreOffice downloads are more reliable, reducing cases where downloaded content appears incomplete, corrupted, or inconsistent for end users.
Acceptance criteria
- The Magnet improvement is reviewed and adapted for the Studio PWA offline download flow.
- The new implementation is applied to the LO offline download process.
- This solution improves the reliability of downloaded content for offline use.
- The solution is expected to enhance download performance and reduce issues related to data integrity.
- No regressions are introduced in the current offline download and access flow.
Forum comment management and deletion
Why is it important?
To strengthen moderation and maintain an appropriate learning environment, a feature is introduced that allows teachers to delete comments posted by students within forum topics.
This improvement enables users with the teacher role to manage interactions within each discussion, making it easier to remove inappropriate, irrelevant, or incorrect content.
A button, represented by a trash can icon, will be added to delete a comment. When clicking the icon, the comment will be immediately removed.
Benefits:
- Improves the quality and relevance of forum discussions.
- Allows quick action against inappropriate content.
- Maintains a respectful environment aligned with educational goals.
Considerations:
- Only users with the appropriate permissions (teacher) will be able to delete comments.

Blocked course notification
Blocked course notification via pop-up
To improve the user experience and provide greater clarity about course status, a new feature is introduced that displays an informational message when a course is blocked.
When a student attempts to access a restricted course, the platform will automatically display a pop-up indicating the reason for the restriction. This message helps users understand why access is not available.
Why is it great?
- Provides immediate and clear feedback to the user.
- Reduces confusion and frustration when trying to access restricted content.
- Improves communication regarding course status and conditions.
- Decreases the need for support related to access issues.

Seamless logout
Proper handling of logout for users with integration
To improve the user experience and avoid unnecessary confusion, the logout behavior for users with integration has been optimized.
When an integration user clicks , the session is closed smoothly without any issues.
Creation of institutions with different time zones
This functionality allows each institution to be assigned its own time zone according to the country in which it is located.
As a result, all users (students and teachers) will view time-related information based on their institution’s configuration, preventing confusion caused by time differences.
Why is it necessary?
- Prevents errors during institution creation.
- Facilitates the management of institutions across different countries.
Important:
- The time zone must be configured at the institution level during the institution creation process.
- It is essential to select the correct time zone when creating an institution.
Cache headers
With the goal of improving file downloads and optimizing the user experience, the <no-store> cache header has been removed.
By removing this header, browsers will be allowed to manage cache storage more efficiently, enabling faster subsequent access to the same resources without requiring them to be downloaded again, while still respecting the defined update policies.
Why does this help?
- Improves access times for previously downloaded files.
- Reduces bandwidth consumption.
- Decreases server load.
- Enhances the overall user experience on the platform.
iRead loads the content corresponding to the level.
iRead Library Loading and Customization
The iRead functionality ensures the correct loading and display of content according to the user profile.
This allows users to immediately view the books and materials available to them based on their profile when accessing iRead.
Why is this important?
- Ensures efficient and uninterrupted content loading.
- Provides personalized content according to the user profile.
- Improves the browsing experience and access to resources.
- Reduces issues related to incorrect material display.

Editing Restriction: Users with Integration
With the goal of improving the platform’s functional consistency and preventing confusion in the user experience, editing of the profile banner and avatar has been disabled for users belonging to schools with integration.
Since editing these elements is not intended to be allowed in integrated environments, this update completely disables these options for such users, ensuring that the interface accurately reflects the available functionalities.
What does this include?
- Disabling the banner and avatar editing fields for users with integration.
- Ensuring consistency across all areas where profile editing is available.

Controlled Handling of Error Messages
With the goal of improving the user experience and avoiding unnecessary confusion, the display of error messages has been adjusted according to the user’s authentication status.
It has been established that no error messages should be displayed in general scenarios when the user is not authenticated. Instead, the platform should redirect the user to the login screen.
Exceptions:
If the user attempts to directly access specific protected routes, an informational message should be displayed indicating that login is required to access that content.
Why is this important?
- Prevents unnecessary error messages.
- Improves navigation flow clarity for unauthenticated users.
- Enables proper handling of direct access to protected routes.
Considerations:
- Automatically redirect to the login screen without displaying errors.
- Clearly define which routes require validation.
- Display clear informational messages on protected routes (for example: “You must log in to access this content”).
Assignment of Activities from iRead
Assignment of Activities from iRead
In iRead, you can create and assign tasks using the <Assign> option.
Teachers can select content and activities available within iRead and assign them directly to students quickly and easily. This improvement helps optimize workflow within the platform and centralizes the management of academic activities in a single space.
What does this functionality allow?
- Create tasks directly from iRead content.
- Easily assign activities to students.
Why is this important?
- Improves the management experience for teachers.
- Reduces the time required to assign activities.
- Promotes clearer organization of academic tasks.

Automated Access Restriction for Unpaid Users (SIF Only)
A new validation has been implemented to restrict automated access to the platform for unpaid users within SIF-integrated environments.
This update strengthens access control and ensures that automated processes and integrations are only available to users with the appropriate payment and access status, improving platform security and operational consistency.
What does this include?
- Restricts automated access for unpaid users in SIF environments.
- Validates user status before allowing automated processes.
- Prevents unauthorized access through integrations.
- Ensures greater consistency in access management policies.
Why is this important?
- Improves platform security and access control.
- Prevents improper use of automated integrations.
- Ensures that services are available according to the user’s status.
- Reduces incidents related to unauthorized automated access.
